Austragungsmodus:
        Die NHL-Saison 1973/1974 ist die 57. Saison der nordamerikanischen National Hockey League (NHL).                                                       
        Während der Regular Season bestreitet jedes Team 78 Spiele.                                                                 
        An den Playoffs nehmen die jeweils vier bestplatzierten Teams der Divisionen teil.                                                            
        Über Viertelfinale (Best of seven), Halbfinale (Best of seven) und Finale (Best of seven) wird der Stanley Cup ausgespielt.
