Wettbewerb 1963/1964
				Austragungsmodus:
				An dem Wettbewerb nehmen acht Mannschaften aus Albanien, Bulgarien, Griechenland,
				Jugoslawien, Rumänien und der Türkei teil. Über Vorrunde mit jeweils vier Mannschaften
				in zwei Gruppen und Finale der Gruppensieger wird der Balkanpokal ausgespielt.
				Teilnehmer:
				Acht Mannschaften nehmen am Wettbewerb teil, jeweils zwei aus Bulgarien und der Türkei,
				jeweils eine aus Albanien, Griechenland, Jugoslawien und Rumänien.
